About Michael Chavira 

Michael Chavira and Stauber have utilized the same strategy employed to provide world-class services to their consumers in order to expand their business and guarantee that their internal procedures are running at the highest level. "As our company grew over the years, we rapidly realized the importance of enhancing our business operations. The same mindset required to reach $1 million in sales is vastly different and demands a different set of talents to operate a $20 million organization." This insight prompted Chavira to seek out and chat with other business owners, typically those operating much larger organizations, to inquire about the tools and processes they utilized to operate their businesses. "I believed that if we adopted some of these techniques before we needed them, we would be more effective than our competitors throughout our growth phases."

Michael Chavira co-founded the Fairfax, Virginia-based Axiologic Solutions in 2009 with Managing Partner Thomas Stauber, a fellow veteran. According to Chavira, the corporation collaborates with defense contractors to ensure the nation's security. We handle difficult issues for the government." By collaborating with the defense, intelligence, and government communities, Axiologic Solutions plays an essential role in safeguarding the nation's welfare.

Chavira and Stauber have made it their duty to assist their clients in finding the optimal answer to their issues. Chavira founded Axiologic Solutions with the intention of emphasizing the human element of complicated engineering systems. Axiologic Solutions is one of the most successful and well-respected engineering consultants in Northern Virginia due to its tight collaboration with subject matter experts, development of prototypes, and attention to client demands.

In December 2020, Chavira led the acquisition of the Herndon, Virginia-based intelligence services company Knowledge Link. This acquisition virtually doubled the size of the company. Chavira and Stauber successfully finalized their second acquisition in April of 2022. Data Intelligence Technologies, a company situated in Tysons Corner, Virginia, brings additional clients and capabilities to Axiologic Solutions. Axiologic Solutions currently has over 300 workers and has no intention of slowing down. A third purchase is in the process, boosting Axiologic Solutions and Chavira's efforts to tackle the most difficult technical issues for its clients.

In addition to the expansion, Axiologic Solutions has received a number of honors, such as the 2018 Government Contractor of the Year Award from the Small and Emerging Advisory Contractors Forum (SECAF) and the award-winning Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business designation (SDVOSB), A 2015, 2016, 2018, & 2019 Washington "Fast 50" Technology Company, A 2018 and 2019 Washington Business Journal 75 Fastest Growing Companies and 2019 and 2020 Virginia Fantastic 50 Companies honoree.

Chavira is far more than a veteran, an engineer, and an entrepreneur. He is also a believer in education, as it enabled him transform from a farmer in beautiful Wyoming with his family to an innovator at the forefront of engineering developments. Chavira is actively involved with the following organizations: City Kids Wilderness Project Board Member in Washington, D.C., Donor for the Boy Scouts of America and on their Board of Advisors; he was recently nominated for the Whitney Award; Strategic Advisor for the Buffalo Bill Museum of the West; and proud donor to the Children's Science Center of Northern Virginia, along with Axiologic Solutions.

In addition to assisting other children in achieving their educational goals through his charitable work, Chavira is a firm believer in the ability of higher education to enhance his own abilities. He graduated from the following institutions: Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Wyoming, Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Master of Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, and Master of Finance from the American University.
